汽车平顺性评价体系

摘    要:为了对汽车平顺性进行评价以及对悬架参数进行优化选择,根据汽车平顺性的3个评价指标,充分利用主观评价法和客观评价法各自的优点,建立了一个汽车平顺性评价体系.根据各评价指标的重要性,利用层次分析法,确定它们的主观权重;根据各评价指标的性能统计数据,利用熵值法,确定它们的客观权重;综合主观权重与客观权重,确定各评价指标的最终权重;根据各评价指标的最终权重与性能统计数据计算汽车平顺性的评价值.该评价体系以逐次淘汰的方式求优,通过最小的评价值与最优的汽车平顺性相对应的方式评选出最优的悬架参数方案,该体系便于计算机编程使用.

Abstract:To evaluate vehicle ride comfort and optimize suspension structure parameters,based on three main evaluating indexes of ride comfort,an evaluating system of vehicle ride comfort is presented by using subjective and objective evaluation method.According to the importance of evaluating indexes,their subjective weights are determined by using AHP method.According to performance statistical data of evaluating indexes,their objective weights are determined by using entropy method.General weights can be obtained from subjective and objective ones.Evaluating value of ride comfort can be calculated according to general weights and performance statistical data of evaluating indexes.By using this evaluating system,it is shown that the best scheme of suspension structure parameters can be obtained step by step through a manner of the least evaluating value corresponding to the best ride comfort,and the system is easily adapted to a computer program.
