摆杆凸轮机构轴心区域的分析

摘    要:借鉴直动从动件凸轮机构轴心区域确定的新方法。推广到摆杆凸轮机构中,使摆杆凸轮机构轴心区域较传统区域进一步缩小,使凸轮基圆半径的确定更为准确;同时发现改变轴心 因素除运动规律,许用压力角,摆杆长度及凸轮和摆杆的相对转向外,还有摆杆的最大摆角。

Abstract:The new method defining the axis region of the straight motion push rod cam mechanism is extended to the swing link cam mechanism. The results obtained show that the axis region of the mechanism is smaller than that obtained by the traditional method, and the base circle radius of the cam is more accurate. Meanwhile, it has been found that the factors influencing the alteration of the axis region should include the maximum swing angle of the swing link in addition to the law of motion, the allowable pressure angle, the length of the swing link and the relative steering between the cam and the swing link.
