碳纳米管负载镍修饰电极对碱液中葡萄糖的电催化氧化

摘    要:采用湿化学法在碳纳米管(CNTs)上负载镍纳米粒子(CNTs-Ni),并制备CNTs-Ni修饰玻碳电极(CNTs-Ni/GCE).透射电镜(TEM)和X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)测试表明:平均粒径为17 nm的面心立方镍纳米粒子分散在碳纳米管表面.循环伏安法测试表明:CNTs-Ni/GCE在碱性介质中的电化学行为具有良好的可逆性且对葡萄糖的电催化氧化具有良好的电催化活性;当葡萄糖浓度在0-0.04 mol/L,氧化峰电流密度与葡萄糖浓度呈良好的直线关系;浓度为0.05mol/L时氧化峰电流密度最大为20.2 mA/cm2,浓度大于0.05 mol/L之后,氧化峰电流密度逐渐减缓,电极的活性逐渐降低.

Abstract:Nickel nanoparticles with average diameters about 17 nm and face-centered cubic(fcc) structure were uniformly attached on the surface of the carbon nanotubes(CNTs-Ni) by wet chemistry,which were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).A glass carbon electrode modified with nickel-decorated carbon nanotubes(CNTs-Ni/GCE) was prepared.The electrochemical behavior of the CNTs-Ni/GCE and the electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose were investigated by cyclic voltammetry in 1.0 mol/L NaOH solution.The cyclic voltammetry showed the CNTs-Ni/GCE possesses good electrochemical behaviour and good catalytic activity for the electro-oxidation of glucose in alkaline medium at potentials positive.
