摘    要:在研究铜锍吹炼实际生产过程的基础上,综合运用两种结构不同的BP神经网络与经验估算方法,建立了铜锍吹炼造铜期终点的组合预报模型;并采用模糊聚类分析法对神经网络隐含层节点数进行模糊确定,经实践证明,预报结果具有较高精度.能有效地指导生产实践.

Abstract:On the basis of our study of the industrial converting process as well as through comprehensive application of the BP neural networks and the experiential evaluation method, a multiplex forecast model is set up at the endpoint of copper blow period in a converting process. The fuzzy clustering anaysis method is also used to determine the number of hidden nodes in the neural networks. Experience shows that the forecast is highly dependable and capable of providing effective guidance to the production process.
