| 摘 要： | 金融危机后,国际、国内形势都表明推动市场发展对于经济复苏和发展都有重要意义。韶关当前存在的主要问题是市场约束了经济发展,＂十二五＂经济体制改革应当以建设有利于市场开发的机制来促进经济发展。
