Implementation of Fat 16 File System on Single-chip Computer

In storage systems based on single-chip computer, a file system has to be used to manage those files stored on storage device. In this paper, a highly effective and widely used file system named FAT16 was implemented for the sake of writing files on storage device and these files must be identified by Windows operation systems. The paper describes a method of how to implement file systems to single-chip computer by taking SPCE061A and SD card as a example.
