脱铝丝光沸石对α-蒎烯烷氧基化反应催化作用的研究

摘    要:以盐酸水热处理方法制备了一系列脱铝丝光沸石催化剂,测定了其表面酸度和酸强度分布;考察了α- 蒎烯与脂肪醇的烷氧基化反应中,催化剂表面酸性、脂肪醇分子结构、性质等的影响;确定了该反应催化剂的适宜酸强度,探讨了催化剂内、外表面酸中心对该反应的贡献。结果表明:催化剂表面酸性显著影响该反应的活性和选择性,对α-蒎烯烷氧基化反应的适宜催化剂酸强度为- 8.2≤Ho≤-3.0;同时,脂肪醇分子几何结构大小对该反应的产物分布有明显影响,脱铝丝光沸石催化剂对该反应具有一定的产物分子择形作用。

Abstract:Samples of dealuminated H - mordenite are prepared through heat treatment of hydrochoric acid and the distribution of their acidity and acid intensity are measured. The effects of acidity of the catalyst surface , the structure and properties of emtrol molecules on the alkoxy-lation of a - pinene are also investigated. The proper acid intensity of catalyst for the reaction is set. And the result shows that the acidity of the catalyst surface affects greatly the activity and selectivity of the reaction.
