| 摘 要： | 分析了分片叠合梁式张力检测辊中心轴及叠合片结构,设定了其间的压力分布函数,确定了叠合片结构沿轴向离散的截面惯性矩和检测辊沿轴向的离散变形值,测试结果证明这种方法是正确的,且为叠合片梁的变形计算开辟了一条新途径。

| Abstract: | The deformation of roll is studied in this paper, the axis and the piece-construction is analysed separately . The force distribution function is assumed , the inertia moment of discrete of pieces construction beam in axis direction and the discrete deformation numerical value of the roll in axis direction are determined , the deformation is calculated by the variable moment of inertia with the method of digital repeated. It is proved by the result of the experiment to be correct. |
