山楂叶提取物抗氧化性能的研究

摘    要:用两种溶剂提取山楂叶中的抗氧化物质进行抗氧化性能研究 .结果表明 :山楂叶含有抗氧化物质 ,其乙酸乙酯提取物抗氧化效果最好 ,柠檬酸对它有较好的增效作用 .0 .3%乙酸乙酯提取物抗氧化能力强于 0 0 1%BHT .

Abstract:This article makes a study on the antioxidation ability of the antioxidant Substances extracted from hawthorn leaves with two different melting agents,which result enunciated that the hawthorn leaves contain antioxidant substances,and its ethylacetate extract has the best antioxidant result while the citric acid has betler effects on it.The antioxidant ability of 0.3% ethylacetate extract is stronger than that of 0.01% BHT.
