基于GPRS的抽油机监控系统的开发

摘    要:油井地理位置分布分散,所处环境恶劣,而目前大多数油田仍采用人工方式进行监控,这就导致浪费大量人力,现场采集的数据返回不及时以及花费成本高等一系列问题。针对这些问题,设计开发了一套基于GPRS的抽油机监控系统,分为远程数据采集、无线传输、上位机监控中心三个部分,完成了对单片机开发板GPRS传输模块以及监控页面的设计与实现。系统具有体积小、功率低、运行稳定的特点,可以很好的实现数据的实时监测、故障报警、功图绘制、远程控制等功能。
