| 摘 要： | 通过分析新形势下旅游职业能力范畴概念的内涵,提出将跨文化交际能力融入职业能力培养之中。并以高职旅游专业为实践样本,参考兄弟院校的实践经验,从人才培养方案的制订、师资培养、课程建设、校内外实训等四个方面,介绍如何将跨文化交际能力培养与职业能力培养融合的实践经验,提出了相应措施。

| Abstract: | A new definition of specialized competency and skills of tourism is drawn with the integration of cross cultural communication skills. This paper makes some related proposals, based on analysis of the present training and teaching frames of cross-culture ability and skills in higher vocational education, and shares the writer＇s experience in the field. |
