高职旅游专业校企合作质量提升对策研究——基于利益相关者理论的视角

随着职业教育教学改革的推进,校企合作模式得到蓬勃发展。通过对高职旅游专业校企合作的现状进行调研分析,从利益相关者理论角度,提出提高高职旅游专业校企合作实效必须系统考虑六大利益主体,只有充分发挥各利益主体的作用,才能提升校企合作的质量。

Research on the promotion of the quality of college-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational tourism profession：To based on the perspective of stakeholder theory

With the development of vocational education teaching reform, the college-enterprise cooperation mode has been booming. Based on the professional research analysis of current situation of higher vocational tourism factors, from the perspective of stakeholder theory, put forward the view that to improve the collegenterprise cooperation effect of higher vocational tourism profession, six big benefit main body systems must be considered, only give full play to the role of the various stakeholders,can the quality of college-enterprise cooperation be improved.
