| 摘 要： | 阐述了安全生产的重要性,针对中小型水利工程施工安全管理现状及存在的问题,提出了健全安全组织机构与规章制度、做好安全教育与培训、注意危险源的识别与控制、建立安全生产的检查与奖罚制度等避免和减少事故发生的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the importance of the safety in production,and in the light of the present situation of and the existing problems in the construction of the small and medium-sized hydraulic engineering,puts forward some measures for avoiding and reducing the occurrence of the accidents such as perfecting the safety organizational institution and regulation/system,doing well safety education and training,pay attention to the recognition and control of the hazard sources,establishing the checking system and rewards/penalties system,etc. |
