间苯三酚口腔崩解片的处方和工艺研究

为优化间苯三酚口腔崩解片处方和制备工艺,以微晶纤维素、甘露醇为填充剂,以低取代羟丙纤维素为崩解剂制备间苯三酚口腔崩解片。采用正交设计L9(32)安排实验,以崩解时限、分散均匀性和口感作为评价指标,对处方和制备工艺进行优化。得到优化后的口腔崩解片崩解时限为27s左右,硬度为4.0kg左右,分散均匀性和口感良好。说明处方和工艺可行。

Study on Formulation and Preparation Technology of Phloroglucinol Orally Disintegrating Tablets

To optimize the formulation and preparation technology of phloroglucinol orally disintegrating tablets,phloroglucinol orally disintegrating tablets were prepared with microcrystalline cellulose and manntiol for bulking agent,and L-HPC for disintegrating agent.Orthogonal design experiments were used to optimize formulation and process.Disintegration time,dispersion uniform and taste sense were used as index.It is resulted that disintegration time of phloroglucinol orally disintegrating tablets prepared by the best condition is about 27 seconds,and the hardness is about 4.0 kg,dispersion homogeneity and taste is good.It is conclused that the formulation and preparation technology were available.
