摘    要:针对盾构刀盘切削土体的问题,提出了基于有限元和高性能计算方法的大规模数值模拟方法.建立了盾构和土体的三维分析模型,并且充分考虑到土体的材料非线性,利用动态显示算法进行了基于国产“曙光4000A”高性能计算机的大规模流固耦合分析.仿真采用任意拉格朗日-欧拉法(ALE),解决了土体大变形造成的有限元单元畸变问题,预测土体-刀具相互作用的过程;将修正的Drucker-Prager塑性土体模型作为土体的非线性有限元模型,其仿真方法和结果可以为未来盾构机的刀盘设计提供参考.

Abstract:This paper presented a large scale numerical simulation method based on FEM and high-performance computing for the problem of soil cutting using shield cutter pan.Both shield cutter pan and soil three-dimensional analytical model were constructed.Taking nonlinear behaviors soil into account,a large scale fluid-structure interaction problem employed explicit dynamic method was analyzed utilizing Dawning 4000A High-performance Computer.This simulation uses Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian(ALE) formalism which combines the advantages of both Eulerian and Lagrangian representation in the specifically description.With the method,the problems of finite element mesh distortions in soil and soil-tool interaction process prediction were solved.The revised Drucker-Prager model was used as the non-linear soil model.The FEM simulation can give valuable information for the design of shield cutter pan in the future.
