| Abstract: | Starting from the opinion of Marx about the economic main-body, this paper probes into the expressions and problems of the government being as the economic main-body, and points out that the government being as the economic main-body doesn't benefit the economic development and will depart from Marx's humanistic thought, and only transforming the economic main-body of the government is beneficial to the development of the economy and the people, and perfecting the property system and transforming the governmental functions is the crux of the current works. |
