| 摘 要： | 应用土培与水培相结合的方式，研究不同硒浓度对油菜苗期叶片色素的质量分数的影响，试验表明：在0－24μg/ml的硒浓度范围内叶绿素的质量分数随硒浓度的升高而增加，胡萝卜素的质量分数与施硒浓度没有显著的相关性。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the influence of selenium in different amounts on the content of chloroplast pigment in rape seedlings by adopting soil cultivation and water planting.The results are as follows:Chlorophyll content increases with the rise of the concentration of selenium ,the carotene content has no obvious relation to the concentration of selenium. |
