组合曲面NC加工刀具轨迹的生成

摘    要:提出一种组合曲面NC加工刀具轨迹生成的新算法:将组合曲面进行三角化,并使三角形的顶点沿曲面法矢方向偏置一刀具半径值,依次连接偏置后的三角形各顶点,得偏置的三角形网格.以一组相互平行的平面去截偏置的三角形网格,将交线在截平面上进行调整并消除干涉,即得到组合曲面刀具轨迹.此算法已在实际中得到了很好的应用.

Abstract:An algorithm for tool path generation in the NC machining of compound surfaces is presented: The compound surfaces are approximated by triangular meshes. The vertices of triangular meshes are offset along the normal direction at the vertices. All offset vertices are then connected to form an offset triangular mesh surface which is sliced by a series of vertical planes to obtain parallel tool paths. The experimental NC machining results demonstrate the feasibility of the algorithm.
