| 摘 要： | 当前声讯系统是专用系统,流程不能灵活配置,通用性差,难以广泛普及和应用;信息查询使用的是语音文件,占用存储资源多,使用繁琐.主要讨论了声讯通用平台的技术实现.声讯通用平台的实现,为用户提供了管理接口、支持多种应用,能够满足不同形式要求,解决了一般声讯平台的非通用化弊端.

| Abstract: | Current computer telephony systems are always special systems, without dynamic flow, and it is difficult to manage the systems for a mass of voice files are used in information index. Wasting much space. The authors discuss the technical implement of general computer telephony platform. General computer telephony platform, which provides users the interface for management and can satisfy varieties of requests, resolves the disadvantages of current computer telephony platform, supporting multi applications. |
