高频彩色多普勒超声在诊断淋巴管瘤中的价值

目的：探讨高频彩超在诊断淋巴管瘤中的应用价值。方法：分析10例经手术和病理证实为淋巴管瘤的高频彩超表现。结果：10例中,8例囊壁呈完整光滑的线状回声,囊肿可见分隔,内为无回声区。囊肿内部及周边无血流信号。2例表面有增厚的强回声结构,切面呈海绵状。结论：高频彩色多普勒超声敏感性高,是诊断淋巴管瘤的首选方法。

High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Lymphangioma

Objective: To discuss the application value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lymphangioma.Methods: 10 cases of lymphangioma proved by operation and pathology were analyzed with high frequency color Doppler ultrasound.Results: In 8 cases,cystic walls looked intact and smooth thread-look echoic with septa without echoes inside.No blood flow was present in inner and peripheral of the cysts.In 2 cases,thick and strong echoic structures showed on the surface and sponge-like echoes showed on cross sections.Conclusions: The sensitivity of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound is very high,thus,it is the first choice in the diagnosis of superficial lymphangioma.
