基于机构最小阻力定律的旋转型变自由度机构运动顺序研究

摘    要:基于机构最小阻力定律,对平面旋转型变自由度机构在考虑摩擦力、重力等情况下的机构杆件的转动条件进行了分析,提出杆件转动条件的表达式;基于泰勒级数展开式,对转动杆件考虑摩擦时的摩擦力矩进行了线性化处理;以平面五杆机构为例对机构运动顺序进行了分析。

Abstract:Based on the minimum resistance law of framework,the rotational principle of pole framework of changing degrees of freedom mechanism(CDFM) is researched into,considering the factors of friction and gravity,and the formula about the rotational principle of pole framework is put farward.Based on Taylor series,the friction torque is linearized in consideration of the friction of the ratational.As an example,the orders of planar five-bar mechanism was analyzed in detail.
