| 摘 要： | 建立有效的信息战略和信息系统的规划对汽车制造企业的信息战略起着关键作用。针对在复杂动态的竞争环境下,汽车制造企业信息系统规划面临着企业战略、业务战略及信息战略不能综合优化的现实情况,提出并建立了一种汽车制造企业信息系统层次规划模型,形成了一种实现企业信息系统与企业战略持续匹配的规划方法,并且利用该模型对某汽车制造企业敏捷化信息系统规划进行了实践,使企业战略和信息战略协同互动,取得了良好的效果。
