| 摘 要： | 地方科技进步立法是一种执行性立法。对其进行形式性研究,有利于没有立法的省份吸取经验教训。通过对地方立法的有关数据、名称和结构等形式上的研究,来促进地方执法的确定性、执法的效率和执法的效果,减少寻找和理解法律的成本,为以后立法提供经验教训。

| Abstract: | The Local legislation of science and technology progress is a kind of executive legislation. Its for?mal research contributes to learn lessons for the provinces withoutlegislation. Through the formal research on the relevant data,name and structure of local legislation,it is conducted to promote the determination,efficiency and quality of local enforcement,to reduce the cost of finding and understanding the law,and provide experi?ence and lessons for the future local legislation. |
