暴露疗法对灾区大学生创伤后应激障碍及并发症的疗效

通过＂5·12＂汶川大地震惨境、抗震救灾,以及灾后重建感人情景等短片的视觉暴露,中间以＂仪式＂和放松活动联结,再用创伤后应激障碍自评量表（PTSO-SS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）等对176名被试进行前后测评发现,除开回避因子和焦虑症状差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）外,其余症状均有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）;患创伤后应激障碍和抑郁症状的人数的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）;后测创伤后应激障碍分值与各暴露情况等呈正相关（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）;财产因素基本上不再是创伤后应激障碍与焦虑抑郁症产生的重要成因.因此暴露疗法结合其它疗法对创伤后应激障碍等症状缓解有显著效果.

Therapeutic Effect of the Exposure Therapy in Removing PTSD and Complications of the College Students from the Disaster-stricken Areas

A series of systematic films describing the Wenchuan earthquake,combating the earthquake and saving victims and rebuilding after the May 12 earthquake are watched by the 176 college students from the disaster-stricken areas and in the intervals,ceremony and relaxation is performed.The PTSD-SS,SAS,SDS and so on are used in the pre-measure and post-measure.It is known that between the pre-measure and post-measure,other symptoms have significant differences（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）.The number of persons having PTSD and depression significantly reduces（P〈0.001） in the pre-measure and post-measure.The values of PTSD-SS in the post-measure significantly exist positive relativity with all exposures（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）.The factor of property basically is not a key cause resulting in PTSD and complications.So the integrative therapy has significantly effects in removing PTSD and complications.
