高等院校多媒体视频制作系统模式的构建

根据国内外多媒体技术和视频制作设备现状和发展趋势,按照认知学习理论中建构主义的理想基础,结合当代教育技术的研究内容与发展趋势,经过电视教材和多媒体教学课件制作的实践,构建出一套多媒体视频作系统模式,并列举了两种多媒体视频制作系统实例,多媒体视频制作系统以数字化为核心,将传统的电视制作设备和多媒体计算机课件制作系统有机的结合起来,使设备达到最佳配置,优化组合,节省资金,发挥最大的效益,达到既满足校园有线电视网电视节目的播出,又满足校园网教学多媒体课件的需要。

Establishment of the Model of Multi-Media Video Frequeuey Producing System for Higher Learning

Having studied the multi media technology both home & abroad, the present situation & development trend of video frequency producing equipment, the constructivism in the theory of cognitive learning, and the research & development trend of modern educational technology, the author of the paper constructed a model of multi media video frequency producing system in the course of producing TV teaching programs and programming CAI software. Besides, two multi media video frequency producing systems are presented. Digitalization is the core of multi media video frequency producing system, which involves a proper combination of traditional TV program producing equipment and multi media CAI software programming system. The combination brings about the best distribution & optimal grouping of equipment, saving of fund and obtaining of maximum benefits. The system is designed for both the broadcasting of cable TV programs on campus and the programming of CAI software in campus net.
