爆破漏斗实验及动力作用分析

摘    要:介绍了爆破漏斗的实验设计和实验方法,并对实验结果进行了分析。通过实验,得到了药包在模型煤层介质中的爆破漏斗参数和产生松动爆破时的临界埋兴。基于爆炸动力学理论,得出了药包爆炸裂隙区半径的计算与药卷临界埋藏深度基本吻合的结论,从而证明了“三区”理论计算式的正确性,为特定条件下爆破工程控制参数的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The experiment design and method of loose blasting funnels are introduced in this paper, and an analysis of the test results is carried out. Through the experiment, parameters of blasting runnels for explosive package in the model coal medium and critical burying depth of loose blasing are obtained. Based on exploding dynamics theory, the scope of smash area, crush area and crack area, which is shaped under the action of a blast wave and stress wave resulting from the explosion of cartridge bag, is studied respectively. Calculation results indicate that the computation value of its crack area radius can approximately fit in with the critical burying depth of the blasting cartridge, When the loose demolish occurse. Thereby, it proves the correctness of theoretical calculation formula on "three area", and more importantly, provides a theoretical basis for control parameter design with blasting engineering under specific conditions.
