| 摘 要： | 本文结合半导体致冷这一特定器件，通过实验，确定了给具有一定热源物体降温的条件，从而对其测温，控制电路的工作原理进行了较详细的分析，给出了一些必要的波形图和参数计算公式，具有一定的实用价值。
