| 摘 要： | 1984年1月1日,文莱终于摆脱了英国近100年的殖民统治,成为一个民族独立国家。在文莱民族独立进程中,人民党的兴起及其领导的1962年反英斗争是文莱民族意识不断高涨的标志。而最终取得独立则是苏丹政权与殖民政府不断妥协的结果。文莱的独立之路既体现了二战后英国结束其殖民统治的一般策略或方式,又反映了极具特色的传统政治文化对这一进程的重要影响。
