环氧树脂固化动力学及促进剂用量对体系的影响

摘    要:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对高压绝缘拉杆用环氧树脂体系进行固化动力学研究,得到了相应的动力学方程。探究了促进剂用量对树脂体系固化动力学参数的影响,结果表明:随着促进剂用量的提高,体系的固化温度整体呈现逐渐降低的趋势,活化能逐渐减小。当促进剂用量(质量分数)为0.5%时,固化后产物Tg达到最高值106.3 ℃。

Abstract:The kinetics of the curing of epoxy resin for use in insulated tension poles has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry. The effects of varying the amount of accelerator on the kinetic parameters of the curing system were investigated. The results showed that the curing temperature decreased with increasing amount of accelerator, and the activation energy also decreased gradually. When the amount of the accelerator was 0.5wt%, the Tg value of the cured product was 106.3 ℃.
