摘    要:为高效利用拥堵机场的时刻资源,本文建立了机场到达时刻数量决策随机模型.模型根据不同到达时刻的价值和延误成本、取消成本,将到达时刻进行最大化分割,得到机场一天的最优时刻框架.此外,模型通过引入期望延误率和期望取消率等参数,增强了实际应用的鲁棒性.在进行案例仿真时,本文使用了广州白云国际机场的相关数据,利用优化软件AIMMS4.19求得实验结果.实验结果证明,模型不仅能够提高机场的经济效益,而且能够有效减缓高峰时期的拥堵.

Abstract:In this paper, a stochastic optimization model of determining airport arrival slot numbers is presented in order to utilize slots resource effectively at congested airport. The model aims to maximize the arrival slots segmentation for busy airports and get the optimal slots profile through the day, according to various values of arrival slots and cost of delayed and cancelled flights in different time period. In addition, more robustness is performed by introducing some parameters such as expected delay rate and expected cancellation rate. Simulation experiment is resolved out by using the optimization software AIMMS4.19 with the relevant data in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The experiment outcomes show the model can not only improve the economic benefit of airport but also effectively mitigate airport congestion at peak hours.
