无机膜集成反应器错流微滤CaCO3反冲技术的研究

摘    要:在无机膜集成反应器中,以CaCO3微粉为分离对象。文章研究了无机膜微滤过程中反冲压力、时间和周期等对渗透通量的影响;确定了适宜反冲条件为:反冲压力0.6 MPa,反冲时间3 s,反冲周期10 min;比较了有无反冲存在下膜分离操作参数对膜通量的影响;同时并考察了反冲过程的重复性。

Abstract:The objective of the paper is to investigate the suitable conditions for backflushing in the cross-flow microfiltration process to separate CaCO_3 particles from the suspension in the inorganic ceramic membrane coupling reactor.The effect of the backflushing conditions on the flux and the effect of backflushing on the microfiltration process are studied.The obtained optimization conditions are as follows: backflushing pressure 0.6 MPa,backflushing time 3 s and the backflushing interval 10 min.The repeatability of the backflushing process is also examined.
