内置过滤元件流化床的料层阻力

摘    要:以新型流化床颗粒层过滤器为应用对象,对内置过滤元件的流化床料层阻力进行了实验研究,实验发现,在没有床料循环时,过滤元件浸入料层的有效面积越大,料层阻力下降越多,通过定义元件浸入料层有效面积与床截面之比的无因次数,回归得到了内置过滤元件流化床料层阻力的经验表达式,为过滤器的进一步研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:A fluidized-bed granular filter (FBGF) was under developing in the State Key Laboratory of Coal Combustion (SKLCC), which could be applied in advanced coal-fired power conversion systems. The pressure drop of the bed material was no longer equal to the weight of bed material when filter units was inserted into the bed because some of fine particles flew off and deposited the surface of the filter, and the visual density and pressure drop of the bed material decreased, especially without bed material circulating. The pressure drop of the bed material with inserted filter units was investigated when river sand of 0.345?mm in mean diameter was served as the bed material. The more the filter unit number in bed, and the deeper the unit immerses into the bed material, the larger the pressure drop decrease was found through experiments. A dimensionless number was defined as the ratio of the effective surface area of the unit immersed in the bed material to the fluidized bed cross-section area, to represent the influence of the inserted filter units on bed material pressure drop, and a empirical formula about the pressure drop was correlated with dimensionless number in consideration.
