| 摘 要： | 国土资源是区域可持续发展的基础，国土资源的合理开发利用是区域可持续发展的必由之路。广西国土资源相对丰富，但人地关系紧张、自然灾害频繁、环境问题突出严重制约着区域的可持续发展。只有实现由资源型向效益型转化，由外延式扩大再生产向内涵式扩大再生产转化，由污染生产向清洁生产转化，由物质资本向人力资本转化，广西才能真正实现区域的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Territory resources are the basis of regional sustainable development.Reasonable opening and development of the territory resources is the necessary way for the regional sustainable development.Guangxi is rich in natural resources,but the tense relation between man and lands,frequent natural disasters and serious environmental problems have already restricted the regional sustainable development.To realize the regional sustainable development,we must change the type of development with relies on the resources to the type of efficiency,change the extensive production to the intensive production,change the pollution production to the clean production,change the material capital to the human resources capital. |
