间苯二酚分子印迹聚合物的合成及其吸附性能研究

摘    要:以间苯二酚为模板分子,4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法合成分子印迹聚合物.通过静态平衡吸附实验和选择性实验考察了印迹聚合物的吸附性能和选择性,采用Scatchard模型研究了印迹聚合物的结合特性,并考察了印迹聚合物对同类底物吸附特异性.结果显示,该印迹聚合物对间苯二酚呈现出良好的吸附能力和选择性.

Abstract:A molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) using m-dihydroxybenzene as template molecule,4-vinyl pyridine(4-VP) as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as cross-linker was prepared by precipitation polymerization.The adsorption ability and selectivity of the polymer were investigated by static equilibrium adsorption experiment and selectivity experiment respectively.Scatchard analysis was employed to study the binding characteristics of MIP.Adsorption of m-Dihydroxybenzene analogues was also carried out to verified the specific interaction of the MIP.The experiment results show that the MIP exhibited good adsorption ability and selective ability toward m-dihydroxybenzene.
