浅谈国有企业经理激励机制

摘    要:阐述了在企业管理中激励的重要性与激励契约的设计,针对现行国有企业经理激励机制的主要弊端,提出了完善国有企业经理激励机制的建议,主要包括改革激励机制主体、改进国有企业货币报酬激励机制和加快国有企业经理市场化和职业化的进程等.

Abstract:This paper expounds the importance of the motivation in the management of the enterprise and the design of the motivation contract, and in the light of the main malpractices of the current motivation mechanism for the managers of the state-owned enterprises, puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the motivation mechanism for the managers of the state-owned enterprises, which mainly include reforming the main body of the motivation mechanism, improving the money-paid motivation mechanism in the state-owned enterprises, and speeding up the market-adopted and professionalized selection of the managers of the state-owned enterprises, etc.
