| 摘 要： | 建立高校质量保障体系是科学发展观的要求与体现,也是高校以质量立校的基本措施。应用型本科院校构建内部质量保障体系时应坚持科学的质量观,主动适应社会需求,以特色立校,以教师和学生为本,构建全方位、全过程、全员参与的组织体系。

| Abstract: | Establishment of the teaching quality assurance system is the reflection and the requirement of scientific outlook on development,also the basic strategy of universities which focus on quality.When building up the internal quality assurance system,application-oriented colleges and universities should adhere to the scientific concept of quality,actively adapting to the needs of the community,based on school characteristics,teacher and student,building an organizational framework of omnidirection,whole process and full participation. |
