| 摘 要： | 概述了ISO9000国际标准的发展，分析了2000版ISO9000族标准的基本构成与特点，讨论了质量管理八项原则在ISO9000族标准及质量管理活动中的核心作用，分析了产品质量认证与质量体系认证的异同，纠正了质量体系认证中易混淆的认识。

| Abstract: | The article introduced the development of the ISO9000 International Standards.The structure and characteristic of the standards is analyzed,and the key role of the eight quality management principles is discussed in the ISO9000 Family Standards and the quality management action.The differences between the product quality certification and the quality system certification are discussed,and some misunderstandings about the quality system certification are corrected. |
