石蒜组织培养研究

摘    要:探讨了石蒜植物快速繁殖条件,结果表明:以带基盘鳞片为石蒜属植物快速繁殖的外植体诱导分化效果较理想;选用六等分法、四等分法切割鳞茎,六等分法综合效果最好;石蒜属植物适合的培养基成分为MS+BASmg/L+NAA0.5mg/L;继代增殖MS+BA6mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L的培养基中石蒜的增殖率最高,苗生长健壮。

Abstract:This paper discusses the conditions for rapid propagation of Lycoris. The results show that the effect of induction and differentiation of explant of Lycoris with basal scale in rapid propagation is ideal and that comprehensive effect of six aliquots method is the best between four aliquots method and six aliquots method and that the suitable cultivating components for Lycoris are MS + BASmg/L + NAA0.5mg/L and that the proliferation rate of Lycoris is the highest and young sprout of Lycons is robust in subculture MS + BA 6 mg/L + NAA0.4 mg/L.
