| 摘 要： | 对工程实施监理是保证工程质量、控制工程造价、提高投资效益的有效方法。本文通过对建设项目全方位全过程监理的详细论述,进一步说明我国目前监理行业存在的不足和局限性。从而提出建设监理应该是全方位全过程的监理,而不能仅限于施工阶段监理。

| Abstract: | Engineering supervision is an effective method to ensure construction quality,control engineering cost and improve the investment results.In order to show the problems existing in the supervision field,the all-around and whole process supervision is stated in details in this paper.The construction supervision should be the all-around and whole process supervision rather than supervision of construction process. |
