| 摘 要： | 在我国加入WTO的今天,大学生情商偏低的问题日益突显,培养与提高大学生的情商已成为大学生素质教育必须解决的严峻课题。针对大学生情商偏低的原因,对高校加强大学生情商培养的必要性和重要性作出了分析,并对高校如何加强大学生情商培养提出了笔者的观点和策略。

| Abstract: | With China's accession to WTO,the phenomenon of low EQ of college students becomes increasingly serious.Therefore,how to develop undergraduates' EQ becomes a rigorous problem that quality education has to resolve.The reasons of the low EQ of undergraduates' and the necessity and importance of improving their EQ were analyzed.Proposals and strategies were presented on how to strengthen the undergraduates' EQ. |
