摘    要:
以某产品联接螺栓失效的分析为例,对螺栓的受力和疲劳强度进行分析,找到了失效的原因并进行改进.提出在受交变载荷的联接螺栓设计时,应根据其应力幅进行疲劳寿命的校核.

Abstract:
As the example of failure analysis of the bolts, force to bolt and the fatigue strength were analyzed to find out the failure reason and improvement. While the bolt was designed under alternating load, the stress amplitude fatigue life must be calculated.
