大气污染对儿童非特异性免疫功能的影响

摘    要:为了探讨大气污染对儿童非特异性免疫功能的影响,我们测定了焦作和新乡丙市工业污染区和相对清洁区儿童唾液溶菌酶的含量。两市工业污染区儿童唾液溶菌酶含量的均值为121.35±1.86μg/ml;相对清洁区为38.08±1.79μg/ml。前者明显低于后者,有板显著差异(u=9.19>2.53)。说明焦作和新乡两市工业区的大气污染已构成对儿童非特异性免疫功能的影响。对儿童健康的危害十分明显,在相对清洁区不同性别的男女儿童唾液溶菌酶含量无明显差异,而在工业污染区男童唾液溶菌酶含量明显低于女童,有极显著差异(u=2.69<2.58)。说明不同性别儿童对不良环境的耐受能力不同,男童明显低于女童。


THE EFFECT OF THE AIR POLLUTION TO THE NONSPECIFIC IMMUNE ABILITY TO THE CHILDREN
Abstract:TO make an approach to the effects to nonspecific immunity of theChildren's body caused by the air pollution,We determined content of thebacteriolytic enzyme in saliva in the industrial(midium—leveled pollutearea)and relative clean area(light—leveled polluted one)of Jiao Zuo andXin Xiang. The average value of the bacteriolytic enzyme in soliva of the childrenin the industrial pollution area was 121.35+1.86μg/ml.the children's inrelative clean area is 138.08±1.79μg/ml.Obviously the former is lowerthan the latter。There was quite an obvious difference.(u=6.19>2.58)。It shows that the air pollution of the industrial area has affec—ted the children's nonspecific immunity ability。There's no obvious differ—ence between the children of different sex in the relative clean area(u=1.57<1.96)However the boy's average value is obviously lower thangarls in industrial polluted area。There is quite obvious difference(u=2.69>2.58),It shows boys and girls have different counteractive abilitiesgainst bad environment.Boys'is obviously lower than girls.
