| 摘 要： | 农业行政执法是我国社会主义法治建设的重要内容,也是新农村建设的重要目标,在新农村建设中具有十分重要的地位和作用。实行农业综合执法是新《农业法》赋予农业部门的一项重要职能,是农业行政执法体制改革的方向,也是切实加强农业行政执法工作的有效途径和必经之路。

| Abstract: | Agricultural execution and law-enforcing is the important content of our socialist legal construction and is also the important goal of the new village construction.It plays an important role in the course of the new village construction.Enforcing agricultural comprehensive execution is one of the main functions formulated by the new Agriculture Law and the direction of agricultural law-enforcing reform as well as the effective way to improve agricultural execution and law-enforcing. |
