安徽普通高校田径课程选修的现状与对策

田径项目,有着对人身体运动技能、心肺功能等全面发展的基础地位,因而被赋予了体育教育长期以来应承载的课程任务之一.然而近年来在大学生自主选修课程的态势中,田径课程的选修门庭冷落,成为高校普遍存在的一个体育问题.本文通过问卷调查法、逻辑分析等研究方法,针对其田径课程普遍受到冷遇的问题,进行了若干维度的分析.结论认为:1)田径课程任务的传统性和内容的辛苦性,使学生在无数次体验后,潜意识中已积淀了对田径项目的回避或排斥,相反,他们对"球类"、"操类"的高价值取向,是由这类项目与他们视觉信息、心理需求格调相一致有关;2)尽管教授其它课程同样也是体育教育的内容,培养了许多喜好于"球类、操类"的大学生,但"身体素质机能测试"成绩低下之众,令人堪忧已是普遍态势.

Analysis and Solutions to the Unpopularity of Track and Field Elective Course in Colleges and Universities in Anhui Province

The track and field project is of fundamental importance to the over-all development of people's sporting skills and cardiopulmonary functions,so it has long been on the list of the courses in P.E.education.In recent years,however,as an elective course,track and field curriculum has met with a cold reception.It has become a universal problem in P.E.education to college and university students.This article analyzes the phenomenon from different perspectives. By questionnaires and logical analysis,the writer arrives at a conclusion: 1.After many experiences,the students have the impression that the course is tedious and strenuous,;therefore,they would avoid or repel the course subconsciously.On the contrary,they prefer ball games and gymnastics because these games appeals to their visual and psychological needs.2.Other P.E.courses have fostered students interest in ball games or gymnastics,but the students put on a poor performance in the test of body functions,a fact that has gained universal concern.
