| 摘 要： | 邓小平的民本思想和民主理念是在建设中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中辨证发展起来的，二者相辅相成，相互促进。在新的历史时期，研究并处理好二者的关系，对于我们探索党的执政规律，提高党的执政能力，推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The thought for people and democratic idea of Deng Xiao-ping have developed dialectically in great practice of building the socialism with Chinese characteristics.The two complement each other and promote mutually.In the new times, it has significant meanings for exploring the law of being in power, improving the ability of administration of the Party and advancing the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to research and handle the relation well between the two. |
