| 摘 要： | 针对当前ERP系统实施过程中成功率低的特点，结合当前管理理论的新发展，论述了ERP系统设计与实施所必须认真考虑的业务流程重组BPR、供应链管理SCM与增值链、客户关系管理CRM几个关键问题。为ERP系统设计与成功实施提供参考。

| Abstract: | The article according to the development of the theory of enterprise management, trying to find out the reason of the low succeed in applying ERP system. Discussed the critical condition of applying ERP succeeded is to take into account of BPR, SCM, Value Added Chain and CRM. |
