摘    要:对精密长丝杠磨削过程中的力变形进行了理论分析,根据实际加工中经常采用的磨削工艺系统对磨削过程进行了力变形仿真,并提出了利用力变形仿真对中心架的数量与位置进行优化的方法.与实际加工中所用的磨削工艺系统参数相比,优化结果表明可以大大提高精密长丝杠的磨削精度.

Abstract:The force-induced deformation of a precision long leadscrew during grinding is theoretically analyzed, and according to the grinding complex usually adopted in practice, computer simulation of force-induced deformation is carried out. A method for the optimization of the numbers and position of the steadies in the complex based on force-induced deformation simulation is presented. It is shown that the optimization method proposed can greatly improve the grinding accuracy of the precision long leadscrew.
