摘    要:以小麦为材料,研究硝酸铅对小麦根尖细胞的遗传毒性效应.用不同浓度的硝酸铅溶液分别处理小麦根尖8 h、16 h、24 h,通过常规染色体压片技术,测定小麦根尖的有丝分裂指数和染色体畸变现象.结果表明:小麦根尖随着硝酸铅浓度的增加和染毒时间的延长,有丝分裂指数逐渐下降,染色体畸变率、细胞微核率逐渐上升.

Abstract:In this paper,the cytogenetic toxicity effects of different concentrations of nitric lead on wheat root tip cells are studied.Diffenently concentrated Pb(NO3)2 were used separately to treat the root tip of wheat 8 h,16 h,24 h are studied,by rule chromosome press technology,the mitosis exponent and chromosome aberration are determined.The result shows that nitric lead had systematical effect of cytogenetic toxicity with a bigger concentration of Pb(NO3)2 the growths of cells were inhibited more obviously,the mitosis co-efficients were decreased.Besides,during the study on mitosis process of the root tip cells of wheat,through normal squashed specimen it was noticed that there occured micronucleus,lasted chromosome,chromosome bridge and other abnormal phenomena.
