海上目标的实时图像处理系统设计

摘    要:针对海洋背景的基本特点,确定了具有双视频输入(用TMS320F2812实现视频采集)、基于流水工作模式和可拓展结构的8片TMS320C6416T图像处理系统方案.通过2812-XINTF接口与多片6416-HPI接口连接,实现图像数据传输;软件采用结构化、模块化编程,易于扩展和维护;算法采用随机Hough变换求取海天线从而确定海天区域;基于多梯度特征的目标检测算法检测目标;利用目标的灰度和不变矩特征对检测出的目标进行跟踪.实际海洋环境的试验表明,所采用的图像处理算法效果良好.该系统还可实现对目标的被动测距、可见光和长波红外图像的双波段图像融合等功能.

Abstract:In accordance with the basic characteristics of sea background, the hardware platform which consists of two TMS320F2812-DSPs for video collection and eight TMS320C6416T-DSPs for data processing, is identified,and the algorithm for target detection and tracking is confirmed. The image data is transmitted through 2812-XINTF and 6416-HPI. Algorithm is structured programmed and is easy to expand and maintain. The algorithm extracts the sea horizon to get the sea-sky region by RHT, detects the targets by the method based on multi-orientation grads characteristic which is presented by the paper, tracks the targets using the method based on feature of gray degree and invariant moments. The experiments in the marine environment show that the algorithm is useful for the situation with sea background. The system also can be used to measure the distance of searching objects passively and fuse long-wave infrared image with visible light image.
