| Abstract: | The basic value of scientific paper lies in its new ideas.The ultimate aim of writing scientific paper is exact and clear stating one's new ideas or new technology so that one's achievements can be spread as effectively and ettensively as possible.Integrating the practice as an editor,the basic principles,requirements and main points on writing scientific paper are expounded.Particularly,the absolutely necessary matters in the course of writing are stressed. |
